Working for a Bank for over 11 years gave me the opportunity to invest in real estate. It was then that I realized real estate was what I loved most in life.

That's why in 2019, I resigned to embark on my first residential project in Tulum as a developer.

It's a privilege to develop projects that harmonize with nature, blending aesthetics, functionality and sustainability.

 

I envision each Namus project aging gracefully, transcending mere buildings to become timeless art pieces.

 

For me, true beauty lies in simplicity, and our goal is to craft projects that are both disruptive and enduring. This is our signature, our defining characteristic.

 I want to continue doing what I love most, and if I can evoke emotions in other people through it, what better feeling.
